- I recognize that your burnout isn't separate from your faith—it's intertwined with it.
- We don't just fix your schedule; we realign your relationship with God.
- We address the guilt and shame that comes from human-based expectations, reframing what sacrifice and trust actually mean biblically.
- Together, we distinguish between God’s calling and unsustainable demands placed on you by culture, expectations, or—let’s be honest—your own perfectionism.
- You'll learn to honor your calling and your humanity—discovering that rest, boundaries, and self-care aren't failures of faith; they're part of how God designed you to flourish.
- Unlike a one-time intervention, we will help you build sustainable habits honoring both your calling and your God-given limits.
- You'll develop practices and perspectives rooted in faith that protect you from burnout patterns repeating.
- I help you find language and courage to be honest about your struggles with your loved ones and your faith community, breaking the shame cycle.
- We work on vulnerability as a spiritual strength, not a weakness—something our Lord modeled throughout His earthly ministry.
- We don't just talk about your goals; we can explore your worth beyond your productivity.
- You will become who God needs you to be in every facet of your life.
The coaching I am offering is how I coach myself and how I have preempted myself from becoming burned out again!
What I offer has been tested and tried by myself first and continues to help me navigate challenges. While I would love to “turn the page” on what I learned in burnout and move on, I can’t. I know that I am not the only Christian professional who was in burnout.
I trained with the best and am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). So what? Great question! That means I bring you the gold standard in coaching techniques, ethics, and confidentiality. Coaches often say, “when you become a coach, you become your own best coach.” That is completely true for me.
While I was struggling with burnout in 2021, I got a coach who saw far more in me than I could see in myself. That coaching experience was just three sessions, but it had lasting impact! The insights I gained from the coach’s powerful questions set me on a journey of transformation and training to help people like I was helped.
I can say with all my being that God’s grace and mercy changes everything, including burnout! What took me years to learn, I can help you learn in a few sessions.
My Christian faith is integral to my coaching, but it’s a bridge, not a barrier. Our work together will honor your individual journey while offering a faith-based perspective of growth and possibility.
